Summer 2024 Visitor Permits

College Intern & Student ¾«¶«´«Ã½ Permits

College Interns and Student Groups visiting ¾«¶«´«Ã½ University during the summer months are eligible to purchase our Green, White, and Prospect Garage permits at a reduced, short-term rate including overnight options. For student visitors residing on-campus, please note that parking is NOT included with your room and board and must be purchased separately. 

Summer 2024 Intern and Student Group visitor parking permits will be available for parking between May 18, 2024 and August 16, 2024.

To purchase an Intern or Student permit during the summer months, please follow the steps below:

1. Create a Visitor Account in the  (this MUST be done before moving on to step 2).
2. Submit our Summer Visitor Online Webform to request parking (requests may take 1-2 business days to process).
3. Once Parking and Transportation approves your request, log in to the and purchase your permit.

IMPORTANT: Please choose your parking CAREFULLY. It takes approximately 6-7 minutes to walk from the South Garage to either Euclid Commons orthe Edge, for example. Exchanges can take 2-3 business days to process, and visitor refunds can only be issued via mailed check.

Conference Services & Summer ¾«¶«´«Ã½ Guest/Staff Permits

Conference Service and Summer ¾«¶«´«Ã½ staff and guests visiting ¾«¶«´«Ã½ University are eligible to purchase short-term day and overnight Green and Prospect Garage permits during the summer months. Guest permits will be available for parking between May 18, 2024 and August 16, 2024.

To purchase a Conference Service or Summer ¾«¶«´«Ã½ Guest permit during the summer months, please follow the steps below:

1. Create a Visitor Account in the .
2. Click on "Get Permits," and proceed through each page to complete your purchase.

Departmental Guests

Departments hosting summer guests (summer counselors, contractors, guest speakers, etc.) are eligible to purchase short-term day and overnight Green and Prospect Garage permits on behalf of their guests during the summer months. Departmental guest permits will be available for parking between May 18, 2024 and August 16, 2024.

To purchase a Department Guest permit during the summer months, please have the guest follow the steps below. Departments should email visitorparking@csuohio.edu a list of guest names ahead of time so that PTS can waive the permit fee and process an invoice or journal entry, if applicable.

1. Create a Visitor Account in the  (this MUST be done before moving on to step 2).
2. Submit our Summer Visitor Online Webform to request parking (requests may take 1-2 business days to process).
3. Once Parking and Transportation approves the request, Visitor may log in to the  to recieve their permit.

Additional Parking Information

• All vehicles must park with license plate facing the drive aisle. 
• Vehicles must be registered (license plate, make, model, color, and year) with Parking and Transportation Services. Manage your vehicles in the . 
• Permits may only be used by the registered permit holder and allow for one registered vehicle to park at a time; permits are non-transferrable and cannot be shared.  
• Individuals parking at CSU agree to comply with established parking rules and procedures.
