Payments Accepted & Methods

• Cash - Accepted in person at the Parking Office for citations and prepaid contractor parking or at the prepaid machines and garage exit gates. Special events are cash only on entry. (Payments made with coin must be rolled in bank provided coin rolls. Name, ID number, and phone number must be printed on each roll of coin.)

• Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and a Debit Card are accepted in the office, online, and at the prepaid machines. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and a Debit Card are accepted at garage exit gates. Click here for the  for citation payment.
  • There is no fee to pay by credit card online or at the machines.

• ​â¶Ä‹Check & Money Order - Accepted in person and through the U.S. Mail for citations and prepaid contractor parking. Make payment out to ¾«¶«´«Ã½ University and mail payment to: ¾«¶«´«Ã½ University, Parking Department - EC160, 2121 Euclid Ave. Cleveland, Ohio 44115. If applicable, include Student ID number on the front of the check.

Dishonored Payments: Returned checks or dishonored credit card payments will be assessed a fee of $35.00 plus late and escalated fees. A dishonored payment may impact the ability to use checks and credit cards on campus for one year.
