Violence Prevention

Violence in any form is unacceptable. At CSU, safety and wellness is paramount. If you or someone you know is experiencing violence, you have options:

There are many off-campus resources as well:

  • J provides information and services for domestic violence, child abuse, and more. They have a 24-hour helpline 216.391.4357 (HELP)
  • in Cleveland has resources to support individuals who have experienced violence as well as those who have witnessed or been exposed to violence. Their 24/7 crisis hotline is 216.623.6888 and they have a chat option
  • is the Rape, Abuse, & Incest National Network. RAINN works to help survivors, educate the public, improve public policy, and offers training and consultation. They also have a 24-hour hotline at 800.656.4673 (HOPE) as well as a live chat
  • offers a wide variety of resources around violence prevention
  • also offers resources and toolkits.
