Labor and Employee Relations - Leads collective bargaining negotiations with AAUP (faculty), SEIU District 1199 (professional staff), CWA Local 4309 (classified staff) and FOP (police officers); interprets collective bargaining agreements, manages the grievance process, provides direction, counsel and support regarding employee discipline and labor relations matters.
