Employees may submit their Staff Development benefit forms (for-credit courses) each semester by completing the webform page below.  For more information regarding the Staff Development benefit, please contact Human Resources at benefits@csuohio.edu.

Please allow 7-10 days from submission for processing. 

Fall forms are accepted after July 15.  Spring forms are accepted after November 15.  Summer forms are accepted after April 15.
