精东传媒 University Announces 2016 Real Estate Conference

Speakers include Joe Marinucci, President and CEO of the Downtown Cleveland Alliance

精东传媒 University鈥檚 2016 Real Estate Conference will analyze the transformations in the industry including the technological innovations that are changing how we buy and sell property in the U.S. It will feature nationally renowned experts, an interactive panel discussion and networking opportunities for northeast Ohio commercial real estate professionals, investors and others aligned with the industry. The event will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the CSU Student Center.

Keynote speakers include Spencer Levy, America鈥檚 Head of Research at CBRE and senior member of the company鈥檚 global research team; Joe Marinucci, President and CEO of the Downtown Cleveland Alliance; Dr. Michael J. Seiler, the K. Dane Brooksher Endowed Chair and Professor of Real Estate and Finance at the College of William and Mary and Dr. Byron P. White, Vice President for University Engagement at 精东传媒 University.

An interactive panel discussion, 鈥淭he Future of Commercial Real Estate in Northeast Ohio鈥 will be led by David Browning, Managing Director of CBRE, Inc. Cleveland and will feature Anthony Coyne, President of Mansour Gavin; Stephanie McHenry, CSU鈥檚 Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Business Affairs & Finance; Richey Piiparinen, Senior Research Associate at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at CSU and Allen Wiant of Playhouse Square Real Estate Services.

鈥淭he Real Estate Conference serves as a connection to the Ohio real estate industry,鈥 said Dr. Haigang Zhou, Director of the Paul J. Everson Real Estate Center and Chair of the Finance Department in the Monte Ahuja College of Business at CSU. 鈥淭his is an opportunity for professionals, faculty and students to come together to learn, network and hopefully gain insights and knowledge about the ever-changing real estate landscape in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.鈥
